With over 40 years of excellence showcased in over 4,000 homes throughout Hampton Roads, Franciscus Homes has earned national recognition for its innovative home designs, land planning, and quality construction. Compass 19 is Franciscus Home’s newest community planned for over 120 homes.

Challange

The new construction markeet in Hampton Roads is very competitive. In order to compete Franciscus Homes engaged Bryant Digital to be their marketing and branding partner for every aspect of the Compass 19 project. Franciscus Homes needed to effectively brand the community, develop a marketing to sales strategy, print materials, signs, website, CRM, 3D models, videos, lead generation, advertising and much more.
