Josiah Bryant
Digital Team Leader
Entrepreneur. Coffee Enthusiast. Digital Fanatic. Josiah Bryant has been developing websites and creating digital projects since 2008. After graduating, Josiah took a job with a large digital agency based in New York and worked to develop large scale marketing campaigns for fortune 500 companies. After moving back to his home town of Virginia Beach he founded Bryant Digital, with a focus on growing local businesses in Hampton Roads. Josiah sums up his approach to marketing like this: “In the digital age, a well defined digital strategy is the only way to take your business from surviving to thriving.”
Cade Gaede
Art Director
Landscape Photographer. Artist. Spaghetti Addict. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Cade takes pride working with local business owners to develop a unique voice through all forms of original media content. Cade’s background traveling the world as a landscape photographer has had major influence in developing his eye for aesthetic, with a focus on balance and composition. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to different countries and working to influence people towards environmental conservation. To fuel his non-stop creative thinking he consumes up to a pound of pasta a day.

Kind. Problem Solver. Makeup Connoisseur. From Los Angeles California, Cassidy will always have a place in her heart for family fiestas and Mexican street corn. Cassidy now resides in Virginia Beach and works hard to balance the demands of Nursing School with her administrative responsibilities at Bryant Digital. Her intense organization and attention to detail keeps everything moving forward smoothly. When not working or studying Cassidy loves binge-watching Netflix shows and eating Hot Cheetos.
Anthony Boughton
Marketing Ninja
Marketing strategist. Email professional. Not actually a ninja. Born in San Clemente California, Anthony now lives in Virginia Beach. Anthony’s passion for growing business and experience helping start-ups find new clients is his superpower. His primary role at Bryant Digital is lead generation and client relationship management. Developing, analyzing, and automating marketing campaigns for maximum ROI is what he does best. A refined process of A&B testing and new off-the-wall ideas ensures he always achieves our client’s goals. Although he is serious about getting things done, he’s a goofy dude. In his free time, he enjoys surfing and sipping on a glass of scotch.
